Maple, Hickory and Cherry is a blend of 1/3 each Maple, Hickory, and Cherry. This blend gives you the richness of the Hickory, with a touch of sweetness and color from the Maple and Cherry. This blend is good for everything, but is outstanding on ribs, pork, seafood, poultry and game birds.
